I must admit, Howell’s numbers thus far into the season have been uninspiring. His 81.3 QB Rating is troubling, as is the fact that he’s thrown 5 interceptions to only 4 touchdowns. If he’s going to improve, there’s no better opportunity than to face a reeling Bears team that has yet to win a game this season!

Look for both teams to have turnovers in this game, but Washington’s defense should have more stops allowing them to cover this 6 point spread.
