Both of these teams are in what I like to call mini offensive slumps. The Twins have scored 2.54 runs a game vs righties over their last 5 games while the Rays have scored 2.37 runs a game vs righties over their last 5. Now both of these struggling offenses get a shot at very decent pitchers in Blackburn(Twins) and Garza(Rays). Blackburn has allowed a total of 5 earned runs over his last 4 starts while Garza has allowed 2 or less runs in 4 of his last 6 starts. Both have pitched very well in their day games, Blackburn(.210 Baa) and Garza(.211 Baa), and should be able to stay under the total.
